I have downloaded FILEZILLA but whay to I enter in the boxes Address User Password Port?

The address of the FTP server and the username and password needed to access that server.

I am trying to modify my web site I created with WS_FTP LE

Your hosting provider should provide you with your FTP details. The username and password will probably be the same as your account login.
