My printer prints ok mostly but sometimes a couple of lines come out grey and illegible, I've changed the cartridge but it's still happening. Any ideas ? is there something I need to clean ?

If you print a test page it will tell you what colour is at fault, depending on type of printer, an epson for example has a self cleaning facility that will clean the printer heads, if that fails then take it to you PC repair shop.
