This week on our click and collect we saved just over £50 due to the nectar offers, and £15 off voucher for spending over £150.
Some of what we bought we didn’t need this week (four jars of Nescafé for instance) but know we’ll use.
There are savings to be made in various supermarkets I’m sure but I was well chuffed.

Its one of the oldest tricks in the book to inflate prices for a few weeks, and then reduce the product back down to the normal price. Sainsburys especially have been inflating their prices way above others to cover the new discount app, they've been doing it for months now. If you can buy a standard item at 50% off, it's reasonable to assume that the price of that item has not doubled over the past year. Yes there have been increases, but you don't need to assume those of us who regularly shop are bring taken for a ride by what you seem to think are phoney discounts. Most of us are pretty savvy regarding prices.
I know what things cost 12 months ago, I know when the price has shot up and I know a good deal when I see one.
All my receipts over the last few years are on my hard drive.
My butcher's prices fluctuate throughout the year due to normal seasonal availability, especially with lamb. I stock up at the right time.
