Me, my sister, and brother are at dinner at my dads. There was also a girl there my sister was taking care of so the dog was on edge. My brother has a shih tzu. My sister was walking by the dog, and it jumped up and bit her. My brother grabbed his dog very fast, and it yelped. Probably because it scared him, although it may have hurt him. Then I heard my brother wack his dog. We were all surprised because his dog has never bitten anyone. already told my brother a long time ago that I disagree with hitting a dog for any reason. We agreed to disagree, so I doubt just talking to him will do anything. Should I report him?
