How do they do it?

How do they know what keys to hit, what strings to pluck, how hard to blow, what buttons to press. Organists - multiple keyboards, hands & feet. Are they from another planet?

Piggy -I am interested in languages. You must be fluent in Spanish - how easily did that happen? Was is like ‘osmosis’ or did you have to consciously have a to try to learn?
