Should I Apologize To My Boss?
work for a commercial cleaning company. We got a contract with the dmv, and ill start cleaning there soon. We'll, I checked my email. I've never made a habit of checking it. I received an email from the company yesterday asking me to sign something then fax it to them. It's part of the background check for the dmv. My boss happened to text me right after I saw it, and she asked if I saw the email. I apologized and said that I just now noticed it, and ill have it sent to them today. Well, I don't know how to fax stuff, so I was gonna wait until my mom got home, because she knows how. I thought the company closed at 5 pm and my mom usually gets home at 4 pm. So I thought I had some time to send it, but I just found out that the company closes at 3:00 pm, so there will be no one there to relieve it until tomorrow morning. So technically I am sending it to them today, but no one will see it until tomorrow. Should I text my boss again, and tell her what's going on, and apologize?
