Is Now The Right Time To Buy Geraniums For Planting?

I was wondering about the timing, but it’s been so cold. All last years have gone

We pondered the same thing Bobbie but have decided it’s still too cold and chance of a night frost so are delaying planting ours for another couple of weeks.

Sorry I have been so long answering vagus. Just saw your reply. I agree re the weather, it’s been fairly nice here today, but really cold in the evenings, so I agree that it seems the wrong time. A friend is taking me to a garden centre in two weeks, so I hope it will be improved by then.

I forgot I’d answered you Bobbie :)
I reckon two weeks will be about right, might be a bit longer for us due to circumstances.
I think I’m turning into my dad, he loved his geraniums and took loads of cuttings (which I don’t do) so kept his original ones for years.
