edinburgh airport duty free
i'm travelling to edinburg and would like to know if their airport have a relative big duty free shopping area? as sometimes you think you'll buy at the airport on your way back and are disappointed to find that they have only 1 or 2 shops in the duty free... do anyone have some shopping advice?

The only possible exception is booze and tobacco and all duty frees have a selection of these - other things are frequently just as cheap and often cheaper at low cost outlets in the same town if you know where to go. You may be able to get information online for the airport's facilities. It very much depends on what you are planning to buy - conversely, if you just want to buy (anything at all, as some people seem to) then it matters little what is available or its price. If you are travelling within the EU then you do not have a right to duty free, only if your destination is outside it (the Americas, Asia, Africa, Australia & Pacific, Switzerland and the EEA countries plus other non-EU European countries.
