What with all the vitriol from Gromit you'd think they'd not done too well! I am accused of not acknowledging defeat when the title of this post does just that. Yes I said over 1000 seat loss would be a bad day and i acknowledge that it is. However if I was Labour I'd be disappointed with only a 9 point lead from a mid term local election.

Do remember. Whoever "controls" the local authority also controls the distribution of ballot forms and postal applications ... and the subsequent count.
