I've got about 3/4 of a huge cauliflower that needs using. Think I'll cut a very thick slice, marinated in cumin, coriander, smoked paprika and olive oil. Roasted and topped with a harissa fried egg...maybe some cheese between the egg and cauli. It's an experiment ;)

I wandered into the kitchen earlier and there was a largeish chicken breast defrosting on the sink.....so I suppose we are having 'something' with chicken....or a chicken-something for ours. :o)
Was going to have chicken in black bean sauce and managed to get some fermented black beans yesterday but have decided on Schezuan instead. Will save the black bean for beef.
