So me and my friends planned to do a bottomless brunch for my birthday next Saturday now ones saying she can't go as she has to pay £500 this month and get her mum birthday present. The brunch is £20 since we said about she said she can't afford to go out and don't want to go to somewhere that requires deposits as she not reliable with money. She also said in a message if she goes out for my birthday and spends all her money she won't be happy.

Have any actually said they are going to join you for your birthday bash? Last time you hadn't heard back from some of them. Maybe they are trying to politely tell you they don't want to go.

Makes no sense, she wouldn't lose a deposit unless no one turned up?
You seem to have made up your mind, and judging your last comment you don't seem to like her anyway! So why invite her? Maybe try to have some empathy for someone who may genuinely not be able to afford it. I've been there, and had to refuse events with people that were actually very important to me. It's easy to say 'she lives at home and has no bills', but it's rare any of us really know someone else's circumstances (even if you think you do. I earn decent money, so people think I should pay for them, but they don't know what I have to pay in rent and debt, which is very annoying and judgmental, so give her a break or move on. Enjoy your birthday.
Abbey, probably this girl honestly can't afford it. The link you posted states that the cost is from £25, cocktails etc. add further to the price. It would soon add up to a tidy sum, unknown in advance, which could be embarrassing for someone on limited means.
Abbey how many of your friends have said they will go (or have you been now?). Don’t worry about this girl, you sound like you have plenty of other friends, enjoy your evening and don’t worry about her.
Hope you enjoyed your birthday brunch, happy birthday Abbeyleigh
