Well, we went to the farm shop today and had a mad splurge! So, we have a lot of choice. It will probably be the pork steaks with grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, peas and
crushed baby potatoes.
no cooking here, I cooked the beef last night - yes, had to make more dressing but mixing maple syrup, chopped chives, coriander leaves, balsamic, seasoinng and e-v oil from deepest Italy I don't consider cooking.
I've defrosted some odd sized salmon pieces. Will probably marinate in soy, miso, garlic and ginger. Then bake in foil with spring onions. Not sure what else.
I went upstairs earlier to hang some pictures, and found myself tidying a closet, moving a chair, storage boxes, and plant tables around, and finally hanging stuff...which requires standing on the bed to do.
This is when I need a man servant to cook for me. I'm tired.
I've made Bolognese sauce, grated the cheese and am about to start cooking the spaghetti.
I've a ripe avocado I need to use, but we are going to friends for Sunday lunch tomorrow, so thinking cap is on.
