My Brother Is Having Surgery On Tuesday

I'll need a few fellow Abers to hold my hand.
This will be a kind of cosmetic surgery(using skin and muscle) to repair a sacral wound that's never healed properly...it's from when he had sepsis back in 2018.
I made the mistake last night by googling the type of wound and I was horrified and quite upset.
Reassurance greatly appreciated.

I just had a message from my SIL...he's in recovery and she'll be seeing him shortly. Phew!

Zacs...my brother has always been my "big brother". Even now when we are both bordering on ancient. I don't think we've ever had an angry word. I treasure him very much...I hope he knows that.

when I told my sister I had a late secondary behind my right eye, she burst out laughing and said it was the funnies think she had heard all week. The rest of the table went on eating as tho nothing has happened

I can't imagine how it must feel to be so far away from your brother especially as he is going through this and you want to be there with him.
