Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I am struggling with three of these. They are pictures of people and what they discovered or invented.
Picture 45 is Marie Curie but the answer the setter is looking for has the letter count (4,5) which I can't match with anything.
Picture 48 is Betty Ancker-Johnson and the letter count is (9,2,6) and again I can't work that out.
I think other people are also having trouble with Question 18. "O, where did you first appear?" 11 letters.

landsteiner and blood groups is the answer to another questions.
I wonder if the setter has got the letter count correct for 45 . I know what she discovered but it has 9 letters not 4,5)

On my paper I have for number 45. 5,5 for name, but only 5 for invention. So I've put XRays.

There were a few corrections made by the setter who altered the count for 45 to 5.5 and 4,5
