I'm not skint but if I was I'd rather cancel Sky TV et al than broadband. Broadband to me has become a vital utility.

I'd have to move to a smaller house to save money. I haven't really got anything to give up. Buy cheaper food perhaps. As you say, broadband has become an essential of modern life.
