Laptp Problem

Bought new laptop this week...and is a minefield can anyone please help with 3 problems..paid to have it set up but not as should be.....

1. could not remember password for email as had changed so much...so he opened new a/c with hotmail, got home and try myself and got old one back....question is...How do I delete or get rid of new one...

2. He had my surname and never asked what Skype a/c was which is of course different as had it for 18 years....question is...how do I recover my original Skype and delete new one....

3. Forgotten how to do wallpaper,

Apologies but do need help and know many of you gentleman will know laptops inside out.

I. Log out of new account, log in to old one

2. Log out of new account, log in to new one.
