My Court Date Got Moved, What Do I Do?

I am currently in court trying to get permission to relocate to another state with my child. I gave the court and my child's father more than enough notice and we had a court date for this month and I noticed today that the judge moved the court date to August which is 3 months away and my move is before the August court date? What do I do? What are my options? I do not have a lawyer as I can't afford one at this time.

What is the custody agreement. Go to the clerk of court and explain the problem. Did you give the court the date in writing. Take a copy of what you filed as proof
