Is it possible to transfer photo negatives to a phone so they appear as developed photos ?

You would need to scan them and then copy the picture to the phone.

I have a canon scanner. Had it for years and still not scanned all the negs in!

Young, apps like Filmbox allow you take a photo of the negative and it turns it in to a developed photo by magic

It doesn't damage the negative and is worth a go just for the fun of it.
