does anyone know what the minimum payment is for child maintenance for the non resident parent??

it depends on your circumstances,and the number of children you are paying for . the best thing to do is to go onto the CSA website and they give you a maintenance calculator
it also depends on his income
minimum payment!
a fiver a week if your not working .
the csa say the minimum payment is five pound a week. on income under 100 pound, but if they are on benefits and have any deductions then they may not be able to take any money. my ex has been on jsa for over 6 years and i've only received 80 pound in 6 and a half years

My S/Sons mother pays my Hubby �5.00 per week which she thinks is enough! (Bahhhh humbug!)
Personally, i think its disgusting, insulting and a pure insult.
but hey, thats MY opinion.
