How Do You Learn To Create Sentences A Character Says?

In tv series, a character says sentences. I am creating a tv series and i need help creating sentences. I read creative writing books. That books don't learn you that. What creative writing book or thing learn you that? Nothing related to United States or United Kingdom.

The best thing you can do is just listen to people talk. Listen to how you talk. You probably do it every single day. How do you deal with a cashier versus your doctor? How do you greet your mother versus your friends? Art imitates life, so they say.

If you are going to be writing in English, you need to learn the proper way to express yourself in that language.
Your sentence - "That books don't learn you that" does not make any sense at all.
Also, you have used the word "learn" where you should use the word "teach".

More to creating a TV series than dialogue ("sentences"), plot, structure, characters. And editing, aka hacking out the waffle and dross.

I'm afraid that you need to improve your standard of English if you want to write in it. I don't understand why you are asking this on a UK site, when you say 'nothing related to United States or United Kingdom', to be honest. I would recommend a Creative Writing course - I'm on the 2nd part of one myself. Then the lecturer could help directly with your questions.
As TopShelfCrazy says, listen to people. I once saw Alan Bennett in Leeds Art Gallery, he was just sitting there, listening to people speaking and making notes.
