Ebooks Public Library
24 Answers
I download a lot of ebooks from public libraries and I'm curious how many ABers do.
I have always been a fan of public libraries and have borrowed books all my life. I still go to my local library but prefer ebooks these days. A big advantage is seeing the books that are out on loan and the ability to reserve them.
Of course I can reserve paper books from libraries but if I can't see it on the shelf it might pass my attention.
I do buy ebooks, too. When I had my first ereader in 2010 lots of ebook sellers popped up - I used to buy them from Tesco, Waterstones, Asda but Amazon has killed off a lot of the competition so I buy mainly from Kobo and Google.
Sorry, I have waffled on. Do you borrow eBooks from your public libaries?
