Does Anyone Know These Sweets?

does anyone know what these sweets are called

they are in a wrapper, and once you've opened them, the sweet covers the palm of your hand.

they taste strongly of mint, and they are round. one side is really smooth to the touch, but if you turn it over, then it feels rough.
