low salt sauces

I'm trying to cut down on my salt intake - I've got my steamer for my fresh veg - all i need now is a sauce to go with it - does anyone know of a site providing low sodium recipes for sauces? Thanks in advance - Carlos

My sister - who avoids salt - just sprinkles them with Mrs. Dash. It has NO salt - just a lot of different kinds of herbs & spices.

I never use salt to cook with, you will get used to it realiy quickly I promise you. You dont need it!
