A Kelpie was one of the 'groups' in Brownie Guides. I think they were a little pixie type thing. I was an Imp therefore did not mix with the Kelpies The Kelpies also had a stupid dance they had to do which none of them had appeared to bother learning properly. Therefore my new answer is...a Kelpie is a lazy Brownie no one mixed socially with!!!!
