Can't be bothered to read it all, but it seems fairly well on the money. Although whether the now globalist Tory party will merely let him return is another matter. He may be better off looking for a party a little more related to his views (although he may have to drop any pro-migrant and excessively green nonsense).
He could stand as an Independent in the London Mayoral Election - he could win that.
Incidentally the Tories are going through some skullduggery in selecting their candidate, all very dodgy.
