Moving Photos From Galaxy A12 To Computer.
9 Answers
Connecting my A2 to the computer with a USB lead used to bring up File Explorer and I could cut/copy & paste photos from the mobile to the computer. This has stopped happening, I don't get an option on the mobile to allow file transfer, and I don't see the mobile on File Explorer. I've obviously changed some settings without knowing it, could someone please help me recover the transfer mode?

There remains one final issue that I'm not too worried about, although I have full access to photos I'm unable to see or access videos!
Don't know if you are still with me on this Buenchico, worth mentioning perhaps if you are (you might have another numb scull to deal with in the future), the missing video's, although showing in the gallery with the photo's actually came from WhatsApp messages. I'm thinking that they might be android files of some sort. Thank you for trying to help.
Here's where Whatsapp says that they should be:

Thanks Buenchico,
My phone is a little different to that, I have 'Internal Storage' but it doesn't contain a WhatsApp folder, I have however found the WhatsApp files in the 'Download Folder', stored as APK files, but I'm unable to open them on my computer. It's not a problem, if I email them with the mobile, when I receive them on my computer they are MP4 files that I can obviously open as normal.
Thanks again.
