The example for jam is the same for all products that are exported to the EU.

As members of the EU we had input to these rules – but no more, we have become rule takers thanks to Brexit.

All trade has to be of a standard acceptable to the receiving nation. Brexit doesn't change that. But in the case of the EU, it is the EU with responsibility to check their demanded standards are being adhered to, not to try to split the exporting nation into two and then expect their checks to be done for them. But that's the EU for you. Unreasonable and intransigent.

Now that the argument for sovereignty has been shot down as a reason for voting for Brexit; it appears that the only reason to have voted for Brexit, was Brexit itself (whatever that is).
