How Do You Interpret This Dream?

Hello there! I couldn't find a more suitable category to ask this question, so here we go. A few nights ago I had a dream about visiting my parents' house. I went to my childhood bedroom and felt a strange presence around me. Then I saw a terrifying shadow following me. I ran downstairs while screaming and my parents suddenly pointed to a ghost standing on the stairway. It was apparently a young man with black short hair, a pale face, hollow eyes and pouted blue lips. He was crying and saying:"When you came here I was so happy I had a friend. I couldn't talk to you, but you were always there. I saw you growing up. I saw you naked. I made love to you in my mind. Now you've left me all alone. You left me 5 years ago (and in reality I moved out 5 years ago). You've left me like my parents who let me starve and die in that room. I'm not letting you go again.". And then darkness surrounded me. I couldn't move. I struggled a lot to wake myself up.
