I made another all bran cake today, minus the nuts. And pretty much minus the all bran.
Instead of all bran in our click and collect, I got bran flakes but didn’t realise until I started making the cake today. The cake had one cup of all bran and one cup of bran flakes, not quite as nice but still edible.
I left out the nuts as I’ve got two temporary crowns and didn’t want to risk chomping down on one and displacing them.
So there you go, a post as interesting as tonight’s tv..
It’s not really baking, Tilly, and I did it very early this morning, and it’s really easy. And we both really enjoy it, and feel it’s as healthy as any cake could be.
Gosh, too many ands…
