question: if they got down to the final player in the final round, 2 answers, and that player got it wrong, what would happen to the fortune?. roll over to next week's show?

I can't imagine him sending up the player at the back because by that time everyone in the studio will know what the answer is anyway.

I was almost sure I'd seen this happen before, but I googled the answer just to make sure.
In the final round there are three people left and the question has four possible answers. If all three people get it wrong, nobody wins. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the money gets rolled over:
