Not done a "chatty" post before hope it doesnt get removed. Rather than posting another "moan" question which some regulars have told me off for i read through the answers to my past questions.
You wrote on one of these questions maybe a month ago or so that you were in a situation similar to me regarding the job you are in and debts etc from uni and feeling down.

Yes steve, I have just had a look at questions i gave answers to and found it. Still same here, Ive not found a job, although last couple of weeks I have managed to motivate myself to post for 2/3 of them but again stuff like Argos so no good.
I have realised now that I must change doctor because when i was last depressed 2 years ago, the doc said that counselling and pills do not work and told me to find a job. Yes, on the surface, working does make you more confident, but I have issues all the way back since before starting school.
So Steve, luckily I have been chatting to a friend from internet who has been through depression and she has been giving me tips.
So 1st step is to change my doctor....altogether i have to change my address by informing my bank which i have done today, then eventually when I get a new statement with new address coming through, I will be able to register with a new surgery outside my area.
I intend to get some treatment this time round, whether it be counselling, prozac or a combo of them, however I really do need to see a psychologist. The other night, I made a timeline of my life, I wrote down everything that has been an issue for me in my life since as early as I can remember. All of these things put together have made me feel the way I feel. But I am 25 and if I dont do something drastic now I face a life of doom on my own.

Indeed its good to see that despite the way you feel undearneath your inner self wants to get over this.
I can fully understand the feeling of utter frustration which you may feel especially since you say the feelings have been with you many many years, i am the same with not feeling right for many years.
Its good that you have found someone to get in touch with even if its only on the internet via e-mail. I only have my counsellor who i open up to once a week. My main issue is friends and my inability to make or keep them.
If you ever need any advice, support or just someone to moan to i am more than willing to listen and do what i can to help. I maybe very down myself a lot of the time but find it easier to help others than help myself.
