My TV wasn’t working, and I realised that the lead that goes into the aerial point was bent. The copper wires are exposed. Any idea how I can fix this, and is it dangerous?

Google it, it's a simple fix and, no, it isn't.

You didn't say where it was bent. If at the end probably best just to reconnect the plug; after trimming if necessary. If in the middle, well new cable ain't too expensive.

It's only dangerous if you happen to be holding the exposed wire when lightning strikes your TV aerial ;-)

Otherwise simply remove the plug and refit it, as shown in this video. (I suggest clicking on the 'Play' button and then on the 'Full screen' icon which will appear at the bottom right of the video. That will make it easier to see how it's done. Press 'Esc' to get out of the full screen display):

As O_G points out, it's not clear where along the lead the problem is. My post above assumes that it's where the lead is terminated by the plug which goes into the back of the TV set.

If it's elsewhere, then you'll either need to replace the cable (which could be tricky if it goes to an aerial on the roof) or to cut the cable where the fault is and then join the two ends back together with an inline connector, such as this one:
