I Stomped My Foot Down On The Floor With Great Force.

I now have a very large bruise on my upper thigh.
Why?

This is not unusual.
Bleeding due to trauma in the foot can track uo into the thighs by anatomical routes ( Fascial planes or highways)
No big deal.......it will settle.

If you are on blood thinning drugs, then contact your Dr, if not, then hang back. If it becomes painful then take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.

The two things could be quite unrelated. We all knock into things in the house & garden without hardly noticing it & yet a bruise forms

My doctor calls them 'bagatelle bruises'.

I bruise incredibly easily - always have done. Mr Smow will often say to me what on earth have you done?? There’s a whacking great bruise on your leg/back, and I’ll say no idea!

Thank you, my bruise can have no other cause as after the stomp I walked to a park bench and sat down.

The bruise is getting bigger and I am now suffering nausea and cramps.

My advice remains the same, carry on with the painkillers and if the pains get worse or the thigh becomes swollen, the contact your GP or go to A&E.
There is nothing in your posts that would give me undue concern at this stage.
