Run Time Error

My mate gets this message come up on starting PC, PC is only 1 week old.

A RUN TIME ERROR HAS OCCURRED. DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG YES NO

If I click yes up comes

LINE 27
ERROR: OBJECT EXPECTED YES NO

I click Yes again.

Up comes

ERROR CALL WAS CANCELLED BY MESSAGE FILTER

Not much to worry about just annoying. Some file during Windows install got put in the wrong place/went missing. So long as the computer is stable ignore it.
