From your link, "The SNP have never addressed any of the above [ten questions]"

Never? Are you sure about that?
Zacs, the EU only appears not to demand a hard border between NI and the RoI because they got a concession to move it into the Irish Sea in order to split up the UK. A concession that should have now been revisited as it's clearly unworkable, but incompetent politicians at Westminster don't have the nerve. Between Scotland and England, one wonders where they would want the hard border there. Just north of Wales maybe ? Or is it only flirting with bringing back "The Troubles" while denying they are doing such a blatantly obvious thing, that the EU are interested in ?
Maybe Scotland will become a Schengen country when they sail off into the sunset?
@12.10.Nae a Schengen country, zacs.A sh*th*le country more like.Once we get all the workshy Weegies and Dead City Dundonians into full meaningful employment i might agree to an"independent"Scotland.Till then...nah....
'The famous ten',like 'the so rule' are available on special offer at good retailers of things that don't actually exist.
Question Author
The so rule is a made up "rule" by Andy. The famous 10 are very pertinent and relevant questions that any country aspiring to leave the UK should be prepared to have answers for. Head in the sand and/or avoidance won't assuage their inevitable need to be answered, especially if Scotland is stupid enough to leave the UK.
'So' your creation should be taken more seriously than that of the greatest living cruise speaker?

Try alternating rounds with a soft drink.
‘ the greatest living cruise speaker’ PMSL (almost).
Question Author
It's not my creation, I just picked 10 out of many I could have asked that are pretty obvious things that need addressing. Surprised you want to have a go at me rather than some simple relevant questions that will need answers whether you like it or not.
Question Author
I haven't touched a drop, unlike the Scottish nation that appears drunk with hope without substance.
Please, spare me your protestations about playing the man.

You wrote the playbook.
Question Author
Of course, you play the man if it helps but your country is going to have to address those issues and more if it chooses the leave the UK. Why not at least try the ball?
‘Appears drunk on the rhetoric of false promise’ would have been better.
Nobody's leaving anything, search for wide shots of Nat gatherings, you'll get an idea of the real support on offer for Murrel & Co, suppliers of deluxe mobile holiday solutions and sundry ineptitude.

It's all a myth.
"5) Will you continue to offer free prescriptions, university etc ?
6) …if so how far are you prepared to raise taxes for those that remain?"

From the Scottish Government prior to the Independence Referendum,

"In an independent Scotland, the elected government will have control over all tax revenues and expenditure in Scotland. This will provide an opportunity to redirect currently reserved expenditure to reflect Scottish priorities and also to use key tax and regulatory powers to improve the Scottish economy - for example, by better linking our welfare and tax system.

This Government intends to raise revenue and reduce spending by:

reducing defence and security spending to £2.5 billion per year (which is still more than Westminster spends on defence in Scotland)

ending the married couples tax allowance, planned for introduction in 2015

cancelling the Westminster Government's Shares for Rights scheme in Scotland

providing for a streamlined system of overseas representation focused on Scottish citizens and priority business sectors

There will also be savings from no longer having to fund the Westminster Parliament.

We expect these changes to deliver savings or increases in revenue totalling around £600 million in a full year.

This will provide scope to take action in the first budget of an independent Scotland to create a fairer and more successful country. The priorities of the current Scottish Government for that first budget will be to:

maintain a commitment to protecting free personal care, free prescriptions, free higher education tuition for Scottish students and free concessionary travel"

You may not agree with those proposals but you can not say, "The SNP have never addressed any of the above [ten questions]".
Question Author
23:09, "it's all a myth" - what is? that Scotland want to leave the UK? please clarify.
Question Author
odd that no one has thought to answer the actual question in the OP.
I qualify.
I appears that I would qualify as a Scottish citizen, through my thoroughly Scottish mother. Good. This presumably means that as their mother (me) is a Scottish citizen, my daughters would also qualify.
