Strange PC behaviour

This weird thing is happening on my PC at the moment, where it keeps typing '+' signs on its own and it doesn't let me delete them. When I go to log in it does it, when I try to edit something in WMP, it does it, although it seems fine when I'm just browsing the net (and typing this) Someone please help, this is really doing my head in now!
