heya, just wondering if anyone knows somewhere i can get, a cheap LBD? i'm quite curvy and a size 12-14 whats the best shape? thanks! x

well not Primark as their stuff has gone downhill, try Topshop or Dotty Ps it is a classic look but maybe you will need to look at the tailored rails as the current fashion is all the floaty wrap overs or similar to go over leggings. Just try a pencil skirt style then you can wear black stilettoes with it.

Hey, I am about the same size, I find that new look cut is good.

But the key is to try loads on as they are all cut differently!
a pain but worth it in the end.

I'm the same shape and LIVE in LBD's and black pointy heels.. loving the slimming effect!!!!

Try a cut which is very pronounced under the bosom ..it really slims you down even if you have a bit of a tummy.. if you have good legs the "babydoll" style is always a good choice.. sexy, cute and hides the wobbly bits!!! x

P.s) bay trading, newlook, river island & H&m are good, but I agree. the key is trying them all on.. and if you can take the shoes you plan to wear with you because they can really alter the look of the dress and the legnth of your leg.. I swear by pointy courts as im only 5"3 and they make my legs go on for ever.. plus slim them down alot!!!
