It's lovely here in Birmingham this morning, Sun is shining, and I think I just heard a buzzard calling, better get out on the balcony and tell him to clear off, it frightens the older residents.

Vultures are worse.

It's England it's weather, after 66 years you kind of get used to it... If you don't like it, something different will appear before too long.

Just scared a heron off our pond.

Catching up on housework, then a craft group in the afternoon, waiting for parcels to arrive, nothing too energetic. The buzzard has been joined by a friend and they are now circling the block. The concrete construction means it heats up quicker than the surrounding parks and it seems to have its own thermal. It does mean we get a lot of gulls and birds of prey using it as an invisible elevator.
Also had peregrines, hobbies,kestrels and even once an osprey.... That *** was here for a few minutes before heading to the local reservoir to fish
