My son wants to know how to go about detoxing his body. He's just signed up to a gym & wants to get healthier.

Eat steamed or roasted or raw, vegetables of every variety, a vast range of fruit, fish (oily fish rich in omega 3 oils like mackerel and sardines especially) , lean meat such as chicken or turkey grilled, switch to olive oil when cooking, drain as much of the fat off things as possible. Drink about 2 litres of water a day and squeeze fresh lemon into hot water to detoxify. Antioxidants like garlic and watercress may help to eliminate free radicals in the body also. If he can handle most of this & stick out the gym he should be in very good health in no time at all! :)
