Well, I’ve just watched the first Ep of the above and found it THE most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. It had elements of Tales of the unexpected, in parts I wondered whether I should be laughing as the lines were so quirky, and there were stereotypes galore who seemed to speak in 1970s cop-show cliches.
I will watch another simply out of curiosity.
I’m pleased I’m not the only one. I have strange dreams and it was like watching one of them on TV. The two ‘cops’ visiting the large house are straight out of a 70s horror movie.
I've recorded it to watch later but the reviews aren't encouraging. I'm not fond of dramas that aren't linear, I like a beginning middle and end in the proper order
I have watched all 6 episodes of Wolf, and, although I found it interesting and well made, there remain one or two unanswered questions for me.
1. Where does a Wolf feature?
2. What had the family done to deserve the treatment that the two bogus policemen meted out to them?
3. Who, exactly, was the "boss" who was behind the torture?
As far as I could make out The Boss was the daughter and she having an affair/relationship with the slightly chubbier bogus policeman. The two of them wanted her father to transfer money to them. She had psychological problems for many years and the two of them were responsible for the original murders of the two children. No idea about Wolf
chelle7272: thanks for the explanation. All is now revealed. It was certainly a bit gruesome, and the language was 'blue', but I and Mrs. bb found it compelling, because we wanted to know the whys and wherefores. We certainly couldn't fault the acting.
