What's Your Routine?

When I'm off work I will only do house work, shower and shopping before noon. Afternoons I'll have a nap, evening's I'll just watch TV. Is there tasks you won't do after a certain time?

I don’t mind at all thanks for asking. I remain upstairs to avoid potential conflict with my darling wife. She takes pain medication and it takes a while to become effective. Also she watches endless garden makeovers on TV. I do not.
So nothing exciting.
