For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.well, up until a few weeks ago i worked for je***ps (large photo retailer!). some of the photo restoration work we did was superb and very difficult, but we charged anything up to �60 for the file on a cd and a 9x6" print.
some however was VERY easy. that work went under the minimum charge of (i think) �20 and could be done in a matter of a cup of tea minutes.
maybe you could set up an ebay shop. recieve scanned images by email then send back a very low res or watermarked version until they pay up!
i wouldnt say that je***ps did hugh amounts but if its for pocket money it may work.
i can do this by the way... and did do some of the easy ones in store (quite literally in a tea break)
How about creating photos of people with a range of well known stars, you would need to have a selection of pictures of famous people to which you can add the image sent by the client,
It could all be done by E-mail so you could advertise on an 'internet auction' site, they have easy ways of setting up accounts so you can collect all the money that will come rolling in.
Don't know about the copyright issues but if you are creating an original image it may not be a problem
