I expected a close match and my heart sank a little when Russo came off. England did not play their best that we have come to expect. roy is so right - I have been shouting at them to cross the pitch, use the wings more. So easy to criticise from here though and I applaud England for doing so well to get to the final. Next time, Lionesses!

we are the European champions and Spain is in Europe so we are morally the world champions too :)

I felt that if England had a game plan, they weren't able to execute it & didn't adapt to the Spanish. Too many first touches were sloppy, giving the ball away.

Well done to the Lionesses for getting that far - they can hold their heads high - & to Spain for winning.

Ken, I heard the crowd boo Lauren James when she first got the ball - what I expected tbh. I am just grateful the game did not go to a penalty shoot out!
