Hello all.. I am very confused with the ulez & my car.. On Saturday I need to go to the north Greenwich station & not going the other side of the Thames. I have a 2019 VW tiguan with Adblue but do I need to pay the ulez fee. One web site saying yes & some saying one.. I can't get a clear answer, I don't want to put my registration number on here. But hopefully I will get some help or info..
