this is lu lu ( money) or consideration of another sort ( legal word for money hur hur hur) - and if it £100 per inch what wd a bishop get charged?

I was fined for not showing the day-month - just 2025 -dismissed on appeal ( huge amount of paperwork the council tax payer paid for)
and told the chairman of the council I wd stand against him if he didnt change the system. he did

"there is a huge useless bureaucracy in this council forgiving fines that should never have been levied, and I will tell the tax payer YOU are wasting THEIR money wilfully" - he took the hint
