Why not place an imidiate hospital order??
Ok but they can walk out if that can't they? You cannot help those who will not help themselves. If you are serious about getting off your addiction you have to meet the authorities half way.
Maybe previous hospitalisations have been seen to be less than effective so the answer's not to just throw money and resources at the issue but rely on an epiphany.
