Climbing mountains was never something I had a burning desire to do. It was only whilst walking through Glencoe on the West Highland Way in 1996 that the seed was planted, and the rest as they say is history.
A few of the Munros I've climbed several times, merely because It's not a long drive to get to some of them.
Sadly my climbing days came to an end six years ago when my climbing and walking mate (for over 20 years) passed away. Just doesn't seem right going into the hills without him.
If hill climbing Raidergal is something that you do already, have loads of fun, and stay safe. If it is something that you're thinking of taking up ... Go for it. You won't regret it.
