I phoned a private yoga tutor specialising in medical problem and after 6 sessions I was completely cured, this was 6 years ago and no more problems to this day.
I still cant really believe I done yoga and was cured, I would recommend it to anybody with back pain, but you must go to a yoga instructor specialising in medical problems!!

I suffer with digestion problems, and thought i would try colonic irrigation. It was embarrassing to begin with, having tubes put in places you wouldnt expect! but the whole process was actually enjoyable, to be flushed of the toxins in you is great. i couldn't believe my eyes when seeing particles of food i hadn't chewed properly1 The lady that carried it out said they could have been in their for ages. After having it done, you do feel tired and you can't eat certain foods for 24 hours, but after that i felt so much better, had more energy and my skin improved. I would recommend it, but not as something to have done on a regular basis, maybe an occassional treat; definitely post Christmas! x
Very selfless Nox haha ;)
Like when I used to volunteer for being a casualty for the local lifeguarding exams. They were ever so grateful, was such a bind as well being pulled round the pool like a load of lovely fit young half naked men I can tell you.
Girlieflirt, is CI expensive, always thought about having it done as part of a detox esp as I suffer with IBS.

Mediation, started going to classes after work to relax and found it a bit hard at first as i have problems with pins & needles, numbness and spasms in my feet.
The instructor was great in finding different and more comfortable ways to do it and it really helped me.
Yoga too, after a rather horrific Ashtanga experience (power yoga - not for the faint hearted and that's with my being an ex ballet dancer and gymnast!) I changed class and found so many other sorts of yoga (Hatha and others) which really worked for me and with very understanding teachers who helped me get around the problems I had before (have menieres so as well as the above have clinical vertigo as well).
It has all kinds of benefits and find it helps with my IBS as well. Swimming too and I go for massages a lot.
