Lonely
I am the most worst sleeper and think it is something with sorta nothing/nobody/person in the house to communicate with.
I got my Maxie back tonight at 7.00pm from a lady - young girl but she simply adores him - I would say generally adores dogs although by job she is an intensive nurse but doesn't like that job.
She is telling me when she off the job - she can lie down in the afternoon for one hour for a nap - I just can't believe this and of course she said after walking him in the morning him and her lies for a nap and then they go walking in the afternoon. God love him - he is getting more walks than ever
This is only the second time she has had him and of course I brought her in to the living room and my wee Maxie got beside her and put his head on her lap so I know she is being kind to him.
I missed him dreadfully when he was gone - the emptiness, the "nobody" there, nobody to water and nobody to feed - it's all there. I wasn't reared like that - in my young day - there could have been 11 or 12 of us in a two up and two down and whilst we complained at the time - they were probably the best days of our lives.
Living alone is not that great.

The nurse at the centre said they are concerned with one of the wounds as it is weeping a little so I am back there next week - thank God the appointment is 11.30am. Lovely jubbly cos I can't hardly talk in the morning - I'm not a morning person.
Went to get the other wee bits and pieces for myself and sister and bumped into a friend - so we went to Costas for coffee and a wee bun (my bad) LOL.
Again thanks to all of you - you have really lifted my spirits - well for another wee while LOL then I'll be back torturing yous again.
Hello
sorry I am off to bed but this is for Rowan - I think she is a very lucky and talented lady among many of you.
In fact for a good few of yous - you all come across so talented.
Rowan, plants on the window ledge, little birds singing (at least you can hear them LOL) . Plants, cross stitching, crotching, knitting craftsmanship and probably art - I'm absolutely in awe of it all. So I think when you have all these talents - that keeps you living and getting through the day.
Me - I genuine don't have any talents - think if I did - life wouldn't be so bad. BUT I watched an Irish documentary tonight and I think when the oul foot heals - I'll offer my services and they won't cost the person a penny.
All the posters who could be watching - they know who I am talking about. Absolutely wonderfully talented and some of them have left us unfortunately - funny, Irish, married, Englishman, happy where she is - needs to get back here and offer her talents.
I'll second that, she is much missed !!
I'm coming in late as usual but since my husband died ( nearly four years ago ) I've been so thankful for my cat and dogs, simply for their company and someone to talk to ....mind you I'll start to wonder if they answer me 😳
Chin up, jj, you're not alone and AB is always here 🙂
