for my lunch I am having a curry pot noodle but must have two slices of heavily buttered toast with it, not to dip you understand but just to eat between forkfuls

I don't go to bed until midnight or after most nights.  When I do I can't get to sleep sometimes until 5-6am.  That's why I'm a late riser.  You can find me on here in the middle of the night sometimes when I can't sleep.

Wish I could do that, Bobbi. I know when I get to bed early, I can be led there for hours before I eventually get some sleep

I've always been a good sleeper, but my OH isn't, he stays up till about 1 am and is lucky to manage 4-5 hours
